This special version uses a very robust Polyurethane insulation material.

I was after a cable 15mm across the coil or less with a coil lenth of 500mm with a straight tail one end of 50mm and a straight tail the other end of 1000mm with 2 wires of a 1mm or so can u help and if so what price please.

We do make 2 core 1mm² cords but currently the coil O.D. is listed at 22.4mm
We do also make a 2 core 0.22mm² but even with a core size that small the coil O.D. is listed at 16.4mm
So you might need to rethink your tube size?

12v and about 40 watts so 3 or 4 amp should do it. I have no idea of size of cable to handle this.

Outside needs to be round to seal properly on the gland on the fitting, and it needs to be tinned wire as its being used in a marine environment.

At present the only 1.5mm we do in Black sheath is a PVC sheathed mains power cord.
We do make 1.5mm in Grey Polyurethane. which is a much hardier sheathing material. It’s also UV Stable for outdoor use.

i want a to understand what is the biggest size cable diameter positive negative you have in12v application.
Looking to run from a 180watt panel un regulator to a bcdc charger unit approx half a metre .
Solar panel is ona roofrack andd mainly fixed , but nightly the roof opens and flops over and at times i will disconnect panel from roof rack to be used like a large portable panel using anderSon plugs.
i am worried about voltage and amp drop off using two small cable diameter.

Engel Model is MR40F. Min length for my setup is 650mm and max stretched length is 1300mm.
Can you make one with the Engel type plug (ie. the posi-fit Engel onto which I can screw a thermal fused cigarette lighter plug)?

I believe the ARB fridges use the same right angle 2 pin plug as Waeco use…can you confirm?
Our straight tails are normally 150mm. We can custom make ones with 300mm if required?

the arb fridge and waeco fridge plugs are not the same arb have square pins and waeco have round pins that is no problems I can put my own plug on the curly cord 150mm is fine I can make that work to.

It needs to extend/stretch comfortably to 3 metres (the fridge is mounted on a slide at the rear of our 4WD) … I can’t seem to find anything on this page that has 4mm squared conductors like the supplied National Luna straight cable. I see 2.5mm squared and then it jumps straight to 8mm squared. Can you do 4mm squared?
Also, can you supply the same style 12v plug (fridge end) that is supplied by National Luna (I can send a photo if required, just don’t know what they are called)
