For Gear Change, Nitrous, etc Most have high quality Black Polyurethane jackets. These cords are typically 300 mm long (Compressed coil length) Shorter and/or Longer cords also available. as a lack of any other finds on the internet I’ll just ask here..
I’m in need of (several) curled cords for my simracing setup (custom built steering wheel). I’d need about 5-8 cables, curled 300mm length (compressed) with preferrably 21+ pins (16 of them can be unshielded, but I’d in best circumstances need 4 shielded wires that are suitable for USB data transmission. Alternatively please provide me an offer for a simple 16 (or 19) wires unshielded cable.
I don’t know about international shipping or pricing so I’d like to get an offer on that. Shipping would be to Austria (Europe).
If the pricing is acceptable for us I probably could organize a mass order through our community with 25+ cables..

In theory we could make a custom cable to make these cords…but in practice the minimum order of cable would be too high. (I would need to confirm, but we would probably need to make 200+ cords to get it made.)
Wo what we need to do is look at what we have that might be close to your spec.

At times I find AWG is a little imprecise, and different charts may list is as slightly different numbers.
This one is 19/.08 (19 Strands of 0.08mm diameter) which comes out at 0.09mm² (Square mm) which is ~28AWG. (Depending on the specific chart you are using)
